Q2. What is the nomination/admissions timeline? A. Once admissions open, students typically need to receive a nomination issued by their home university. This will start from January 12th 2026 ~ April 30th 2026 |

Q3. Who is eligible to apply? A. Students who are currently enrolled in an overseas university and have completed at least one semester are eligible. Students on a leave of absence may also apply if they have already completed one semester. |

Q3. What are the payment methods and payment deadline? A. All payments will be made through FLYWIRE. The dates will be May 11th 2026 ~ May 20th 2026. |

Classes, Credits & Grading |

Q1. What courses are offered? A. Only Korean language classes and culture-related classes are offered. |

Q2. How many credits / class hours are offered? A. 3 credits / 112 total hours |

Q3. What are the attendance and grading rules? A. Rules for unexcused absences: TBC (to be confirmed). |

Dormitory & Meals |
|
Q1. What are the dorm room types, provided items, and facilities? A. The dormitory provides a standard set of bedding items: one bed sheet, one mattress pad/underlay,one pillow, and one blanket (comforter). |

Q2. What is the check-in/check-out schedule? A. Students can check-in on the first day of the program, and check-out on the last day of the program. |

Q3. What meals are provided? (Weekdays/weekends, dietary options: allergies/vegetarian/halal) A. No special dietary options are provided. However, students with dietary needs will be able to use the Halal Kitchen in the dorms for a fee. |

Q4. Can I request a roommate? (including gender policy) A. Generally, you will be assigned to same gendered. |

Visa / K-ETA / Arrival |

Q1. Do I need a visa or K-ETA? A. Students are responsible for checking requirements and applying for a visa/K-ETA themselves. |

Q2. Is there guidance for traveling from the airport to Busan? A. Currently, there is no separate official guidance provided. |

Q3. Is orientation mandatory? What should I prepare? A. Orientation is mandatory, and there are no special items to prepare. |

Student Life, Safety & Packing |

Q1. What cultural activities/field trips are included? Are there extra costs? A. Meal coverage depends on the schedule: On days with Korean classes, lunch is not included as it will be served in the dorms. On full-day activity/field trip days, both lunch and dinner are included. |

Q2. Is insurance/medical support provided? A. All Summer School participants are required to enroll in travel insurance that will be provided by our team. |

Q4. How much should I budget for SIM/Wi-Fi, transportation (T-money), and daily expenses? A. It depends on personal spending, but we recommend purchasing a T-money transportation card. |
